Delivery

  • Valid shipping and billing addresses in Canada.
  • Delivery to residences only.
  • No package delivered to a post office box.
  • The billing address must be the same as that on the credit card used.
  • Orders originating from Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories will not be serviced by our company.

Fixed fee for Quebec and Ontario of $10 * with the exception of Basse-Côte-Nord and Nord-du-Québec (regular service)

Labrador and Newfoundland flat fee of $55 (regular service)

Flat fee Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island of $19 (regular service)

Manitoba flat fee of $23 (regular service)

Alberta and Saskatchewan flat fee of $25 (regular service)

British Columbia flat fee of $28 (regular service)

Free delivery promotion* with any purchase of $50 or more in Quebec and Ontario

Tracking control 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number, generally sent via Purolator or, for remote areas, via Canada Post.

delivery time

Under normal conditions, orders will be processed within up to 7 working days. Delays may occur depending on the volume of purchases. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package as quickly as possible. 

Chaussures Pop declines all responsibility in the event of late delivery due to stock shortages, whether or not attributable to the carrier, or resulting from an agreement between the place of receipt and the carrier marked SNR (signature not required). Chaussures Pop ships all its orders with a required signature. However, if an SNR agreement is in place for the receiving location, this means that you agree to leave the package without a signature, which is considered a valid signature. Consequently, if the package is lost or stolen following this delivery, Chaussures Pop disclaims all responsibility and will not cover credit or order replacement costs.

 

Delivery attempt - Recipient not available

If a delivery attempt is made but the recipient is not available to accept the shipment, a delivery notice will be left specifying the address where the shipment can be picked up. Your shipment will be held at the shipping facility for up to five business days.

  • If the package is not collected within the allotted time, it will be returned to Chaussures Pop. If you still want your package, delivery costs will be charged for this 2nd shipment.
