LEGAL NOTICES / CONDITIONS OF SALE

If the products you purchased from Chaussures POP do not completely suit you, we will grant returns within 15 days of receipt, if all the following conditions are met:

      • The item has not been worn.
      • It is still in its original box.
      • You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.

If the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and you may be charged delivery costs.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

IN STORE (Free)

Please go to the store nearest you with your item.

Have your order sheet on hand. The article(s) must comply with the criteria mentioned above.

The store clerk will notify us of your return.

Please note that refunds will be made to the same payment method used during the original purchase within 3-7 business days. No refund on shipping costs.

 

BY CARRIER (At your expense)

If your merchandise is defective, you must write to us at the following email: support@chaussurespop.com

For any other normal return, if you return the package to the Chaussures Pop warehouse (at your expense) by post or Purolator, the merchandise must be adequately packaged to protect it. We advise you to take out insurance in the event of loss.

We will make the refund upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method of the purchase. No refunds on original shipping charges and please allow 3-7 business days for carrier shipping time and credit processing.

GUARANTEE

All items offered by Chaussures Pop are new and free of defects. They benefit from a 30-day guarantee from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect, provided that the product has been used under normal conditions. In the event of a defect, we will request photos of the item clearly showing wear and defect. If the request is approved, you will need to return the item to the nearest Chaussures Pop store for a refund to the original payment method. Please note that no compensation or exchange will be made.
