LEGAL NOTICES / CONDITIONS OF SALE

If the products you purchased from Chaussures POP do not completely suit you, we will grant returns within 15 days of receipt, provided that the following terms are respected:

• The item has not been worn.
• It is still in its original box.
• You have the invoice or receipt for the transaction.

If the return does not comply with these criteria, the product may be returned to you and you may be charged delivery costs.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

A MAGAZINE

Return the item to the store of your choice. Any item will be refunded online by the same payment method of the purchase within 3 working days.

BY POST

If you return the package to the Chaussures Pop warehouse, we will reimburse you upon receipt of the package, using the same payment method of the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for carrier shipping time and credit processing.

Returns are at your expense.

SHIP YOUR PACKAGE TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:

** Purchases made in store cannot be returned by mail.

** The items supplied by Chaussures Pop are new and guaranteed to be free of defects.

**If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Chaussures Pop undertakes to respect its return policy appearing above.
