When purchasing a pair of Converse for adults or children,
get a chance to win a pair of equal or lesser value

Competition Rules
  
1. Description and duration of the competition
 
The competition“A pair of converse to win in your Chaussures Pop et Go Sport store”is organized by Chaussures Pop stores.  The competition will run until the 31st December 2024 (11:59 a.m. EDT). 
 
2. Eligibility
Only people who meet the following conditions can participate in the competition:

  • Residing in Quebec, New Brunswick or Ontario.
  • Be aged 18 and over.
  • Buy a pair of Converse shoes, adult or child, in a Chaussures Pop or Go Sport store or online. 

Members of the staff of the Chaussures Pop company, as well as those of their service providers, agencies or consultants, are excluded from any participation in the competition. The person for whose benefit an advertising competition is held, his employee, his representative, his agent or a member of the jury and the persons with whom they are domiciled cannot participate in this competition. 
 
3. Participation

  • To participate in the competition, the eligible person must meet the following conditions:
    • Buy a pair of Converse shoes, adult or child, in a Chaussures Pop or Go Sport store or online. 

4. Price description
There is one pair of Converse to be won per Chaussures Pop et Go Sport store (of equal or lesser value than the pair of Converse purchased to participate in the competition), among all those who purchased a pair of Converse, adult or child, during the period. from August 13 to September 2.  
 
5. Prize allocation
One winner will be determined per store, in a random draw, among all entries received from August 13 to September 2. This draw will take place on September 3, 2024 at noon (EDT), in each Chaussures Pop and Go Sport store. There will also be one winner among all Converse purchases made via the websites of the two banners: www.chaussurespop.com & www.gosport.ca.

The odds of an entrant's name being drawn at random depend on the number of eligible entries received per store. 
 
6. Publication of the winner's name
The winners will be informed directly by email within 3 days of the draw. Their names and city could be announced on the Chaussures Pop and Go Sport Facebook pages.
 
7. Ownership
Participation coupons completed by participants are the property of the competition organizers and will under no circumstances be returned to participants.

8. General conditions
For the selected person to be declared a winner, the following conditions must be met:

  • A representative from Chaussures Pop or Go Sport will contact the selected person by email within 3 days following the draw. The winner must be contacted within 48 hours, failing which the winner will lose their right to the prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next person, whose name has been drawn at random, and the same procedure will be followed until the winner has been chosen. The method of prize delivery will be decided with the winner by telephone or email.
  • The competition organizers will send the winner, by email or telephone, information on how to take possession of their prize. If the selected person refuses to receive their prize, they may transfer it in full only to a person of their choice.
  • A liability waiver must be completed by each winner before collecting their prize.
  • Failing to comply with one of the conditions mentioned above or any other condition mentioned in these rules, the selected person will be disqualified and a new draw for this prize will be carried out in accordance with these participation rules. The same conditions will then remain applicable, making the necessary adaptations, if necessary.

 
9. Verification
The registration forms are subject to verification by the competition organizers. Any entry that is, as the case may be, incomplete, inaccurate, reproduced by hand or mechanically, fraudulent, obtained from an unauthorized source, submitted or transmitted late, accompanied by an invalid email address or otherwise non-compliant, may be rejected and will not entitle you, as the case may be, to registration or to the prize.
 
10. Disqualification
The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify a person or cancel a person's registration if they participate or attempt to participate in this contest using a means contrary to these rules or likely to be unfair to others. participants. 11. Conduct of the competition

14. Acceptance of the price

18. Authorization

19. Modification of the competition

No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with participants in the context of this competition other than in accordance with these rules or at the initiative of the competition organizers.
 
22. Personal information
The personal information collected about participants as part of the competition may be used for communication purposes, commercial or otherwise, by the company Chaussures Pop.
Completing the form constitutes consent on the part of the participants.
 
23. Decision of the competition organizers
Any decision of the contest organizers or their representatives relating to this contest is final and without appeal, subject to any decision of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec on any matter falling within its jurisdiction.
 
24. Dispute
For residents of Quebec, a dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a decision. A dispute regarding the awarding of the prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purposes of intervention to attempt to resolve it.
 
25. Divisibility of paragraphs

27. In the event of a discrepancy between the French version and the English version of the regulations, the French version will prevail.
 
28. This competition is subject to all applicable laws.
